Then finally we ask if there are any key factors that play a major role with them determining if they will take a candidate or not.

The average Nurse Practitioners Salary  averaged from the top 3 job websites is between $66,400 and $94,000 for the entire United states. They do not list if they take into account all the part timers and average their salaries per hour and calculate them to full time before espousing these numbers.

Our numbers panned out as follows. after calling on ads and headhunters the national average low Nurse Practitioner Salary came in at $68,600 while the high salary average was $95,900. The average top Nurse Practitioners Salary  range and we are talking at the very top was $114,000.  The actual average of the very lowest starting positions in contrast was $51,000. So as you can see starting from the very lowest to the highest the difference is huge.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics does not give a Radiologist Salary specifically they simply reports that all specialty physicians lumped into one pool earn in the range of $350,000 per year. So, we decided to call on ads across the nation and contact headhunters to see what reality was for a full time Radiologist Salary. What we found was rather interesting.

By calling ads and seeing what was really being offered we found the real world ranges to be all the way from a low of around $99,000 per year to a top level in excess of $460,000 per year. We also found the field of Interventional radiologist’s earning a Radiologist Salary of as much as $579,000 per year. Some of the higher paying by institution were Kaiser Permanente jobs overall.

Our findings were that by averaging our figures the median income should be somewhere around $307,000 per year for full time radiologists with a minimum of 4 years experience and having graduated a good Radiology school with decent passing marks.

However, NONE of those were at all one of the top reasons some can earn realistically $100,000 while others earn $400,000 or more. There was one single reason, one common denominator as to why one earned the high Radiology salary and one the lower. And that is the subject of our top tip.

A few of the other states with the highest Radiologist Salary options even fresh out of  Radiology school were California, Oregon and Massachusetts. One would think that Florida with all of the retiree’s would be the top place but alas it was not. Florida was a really great payer but was not at the very top. We won’t go into which state had the lowest Radiologist Salary out of respect for the residents of the state but let’s just say the difference was amazing.

As an RN you will work closely with doctors to gather information about current state of health of the patient. You will watch closely for certain changes in their attitude, food intake and elimination (you’ll have CNA’s for that part) to determine shifts in their wellness state.

You will aid in the high level care of the patient ensuring that their prescribed medications are given and at the appointed times.

You will work closely with both the patient and their families to manage their condition or illness discussing inpatient and outpatient home health care protocols. You will help them wade through all of the complexities that they don’t understand about the entire medical process. You will help bring them to a better understanding so they may shore up their confidence about the treatment options that they have before them.

In addition another registered nurse job description might include the organization of health screenings, the running of immunization centers, blood drives and even elder care units both within the hospital environment and in the private sector.
